From the offset, we wanted to use subtle and somewhat abstract forms to tell a cohesive story about teamwork.

To communicate a story where different backgrounds converge to create something special, we explored an identity built around the juxtaposition of the thicks and thins of a deconstructed Brigade logo. We contrasted delicate lines with bold colors and built a collection of items that grew stronger as they were combined with one another. Though all elements could successfully live on their own, this identity is made compelling by the combination of so many cohesive, yet contrasting, forms.

In addition to this, we created a series of modern team silhouettes to celebrate that we are a sum of thoughts, perspectives, and voices. It was important for us to emphasize that we draw our strength from joint collaboration. These silhouettes are never printed singularly and are only represented as a team. Furthermore, they share a common format without our brand story card to emphasize the harmony of our team and our brand as one element.

We have created an identity that captures a craftsmanship and modern aesthetic that is uniquely BRIGADE.

Like our group, this identity communicates the importance of teamwork and emphasizes the advantages of a collective, democratic form of creativity.
